How many vouchers can I purchase?

There are no limits for mailout vouchers*. With hard copy tickets, because of the additional postal charges, it is more economical to order multiple tickets.

Some evouchers have a minimum purchase limit of at least 2. There is an allowed maximum of 10 per day per person. 

*Note: purchases by individuals must be for personal use only. (You can however purchase on behalf of a family member or friend.) Tickets cannot be onsold and is a legal requirement and part of the T & C’s agreed to prior to checkout.

If you are an individual and wish to purchase in bulk i.e more than 10 at once, please contact customersupport@neatideas.com.au to ensure that there is no conflict with T&C’s.

Purchasing a high number of evouchers in one transaction may severely impact on the time you take to receive them, due to file size. Should you have any concerns please contact customersupport@neatides.com.au
